How do I get individual toe?
Make sure to get both total toe numbers then, starting with a rear wheel, simply go to the front for both FL and FR toe measurements. This is required for toe measurements.
Why am I not getting repeatable measurements?
There are several factors that could potentially affect your results. To ensure accuracy, please consider the following:
- Have you watched the how-to videos?
- Did you refer to the user manual on our website?
- Using the app: Make sure to follow along with the instructions by tapping the question mark icon at the bottom left of the screen.
- Duration of measurements: Ensure you take measurements promptly, as speed is essential for accurate results.
- Alignment: Are you aligning the diamond in the center properly?
- Device type: What type of phone are you using? Some devices may perform differently.
- Phone case: For best results, try using the phone without a case.
- Different wheels: Keep in mind that flat wheels can be a bit more challenging to align, make sure to go to the exact same spot on the wheel as some “flat” wheels are actually concave and riding up or down the surface could cause a bad reading.
Be patient: Practice makes perfect! Gyraline is easy to use but is a new technology and takes some getting used to.
What phones will Gyraline work properly on?
At this time, we can only recommend iPhone 6s and newer iPhones. The android version has a free test mode, give it a try and see if your android phone will work.
Can you send me the STL files?
At this time we are not releasing the STL files due to the patent restriction.
Can you ship internationally?
Unfortunately due to ongoing issues with customs, we’re unable to offer international shipping at this time. We understand how frustrating this is and are working hard to resume international shipping as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Can I transfer my license from Android to iPhone?
At the moment you can use multiple devices with your one license, but this will eventually change. Even when it changes, the transfer process will be simple!
To switch phones, simply reset your account by following these steps:
- Download the app on your iPhone.
- Tap "Activate License"
- Select "Log into Gyraline" (do not tap "Restore").
- Use the email address associated with your purchase.
- A code will be sent to this email or to your phone number if you provided one when creating your account.
- Enter the code to complete the process.
Why did the price increase?
Gyraline used to be a subscription based software, but we changed that to a one time payment based on customer feedback. Gyraline also gives you more benefits than before. This, and the enormous costs associated with developing this kind of breakthrough software did cause a price increase.
